Step into a local Tokyo home and experience authentic Japanese morning culture through home-cooked breakfast. Guided by a Tokyo-based dashi expert and mom, you'll make a full Japanese breakfast from scratch, starting with savory umami-rich dashi.

This is an immersive, off-the-beaten-path culinary experience—perfect for travelers who want to go deeper than sightseeing. Stroll through a retro neighborhood, shop for seasonal ingredients at a local supermarket, and take a nostalgic tram ride to a cozy kitchen studio where the cooking begins.
